Not to mention she's easier to see than the Enterprise, as well as has to deal with -two- ships which can lock her down. The biggest difference as I mentioned, the Kaga can be sniped while T8+ CVs that tactic doesn't work all that well. The biggest thing is the Enterprise is effectively a Super Shokaku in terms of use, with more specialized targeting and more annoying drop Patterns.
